Welcome to Zappwala, a website and mobile application operated by Zappwala (hereinafter referred to as "Zappwala"). These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services. Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, mobile application, or services. By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Customer" means any individual or entity who uses the Zappwala website, mobile application, or services to purchase food, medicine, other products, or services.
"Food" means any food, beverage, or other edible item offered for sale on the Zappwala website or mobile application.
"Medicine" means any prescription or non-prescription drug, medicine, or other pharmaceutical product.
"Prescription" means a written order from a licensed healthcare professional authorizing the dispensing of a medication to a specific Patient.
"Product" means any food, medicine, healthcare product, or other item offered for sale on the Zappwala website or mobile application.
"Service" means any of the services provided by Zappwala, including but not limited to the delivery of food, medicine, and other products, the dispensing of medications, and the provision of other healthcare-related services.
By using the Zappwala website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Zappwala website, mobile application, or services.
To use the Zappwala website, mobile application, or services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India. You must also have a valid Indian prescription for any prescription medications that you wish to purchase.
To order products or services from Zappwala, you must create an account and provide us with your valid Indian prescription (if applicable). You may also be required to provide other information, such as your name, address, and contact information.
Once you have created an account and provided us with the required information, you can browse our website or mobile application and add products or services to your cart. Once you have added all of the products or services that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you will be required to review your order and provide your payment information. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be processed and fulfilled within the time frame specified on the website or mobile application.
Zappwala delivers products and services to all parts of India. We offer a variety of delivery options, including standard delivery, express delivery, and same-day delivery.
Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery option that you choose and your location. You will be able to see the delivery charges for your order before you check out.
Hyperlocal delivery is also called same-day delivery, which supports stores offering in your local zones, which are located within a 20-30 km radius from your home.
COD on first orders for new users is not supported for hyperlocal services, even though the facilities are enabled. The user must make Advance Payments for placing orders for the first time.
We recommend that our users use the UPI Payments facilities enabled on the web as well as the app for faster services.
Zappwala accepts returns of unopened and unused food items within 1 hour from the time the item was delivered. To return a food item, you must contact our customer service team and request a return authorization.
Once you have received a return authorization, you must ship the food item back to Zappwala. For this, we will charge 2x the delivery fee. Once we have received the returned food item and verified that it is unopened and unused, we will issue you a refund into your wallet. Refund at the payment source may not be available.
The refund will only be issued upon the inspection of the food by the restaurant owner. No refund will be issued for delivery fee, platform fee, and other handling charges, if any, or the same are included.
Zappwala does not accept returns of medications, e-commerce, or any other product/services available on our website.
No user is allowed to load more than Rs. 5000 into the wallet. Cashback and rewards received into the wallet balance are valid for 60 days from the date of credit. Unused wallet balance, cashback, and loyalty points will become null and void after 60 days.
Zappwala takes your privacy very seriously. We do not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent.

Products and Services visuals are only for reference purposes, which may be generated by AI tools, or some of them might be clicked by the product owner. Still, what you see as visual on our app might not be the same as what you see when it is delivered.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Zappwala reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Zappwala website and mobile application.
